Clark Weightman Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants were established in 1999. The business is owned and operated by four commercial property specialists with a diverse skills base.

The aim of our Directors was to establish a business that would cover the whole of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire from one office.

Our work is centred on the "regional capitals" of Kingston upon Hull and Lincoln, the port towns of Grimsby and Immingham, the industrial towns of Scunthorpe and Doncaster, the market towns of Brigg, Louth and Beverley and the resort towns of Cleethorpes and Bridlington.

We have also developed a nationwide portfolio of clients.
