Clark Weightman has been instructed to let a useful site extending to approximately 0.73 acres on Island Carr Industrial Estate at Brigg. This is a popular industrial estate on the edge of the town centre with the land in question being suitable for open storage, lorry parking, haulage yard, sales pitch etc, subject to planning permission being obtained.
The length of lease and other terms are by negotiation with the rent being £8,000 per annum.
