Clark Weightman have successfully completed the letting of 15 Atherton Way to Grimsby’s Bennetts Timber who have announced they are opening a new branch from the newly acquired premises.
The property comprised a modern office and workshop premises extends to 4,257 sq ft and benefitting from excellent parking and loading areas within a self-contained secure site.
The building is well located on Atherton Way with other nearby occupiers including CLS, Howdens, Claas UK and Lidl.
The new business will build on successful trade counter operation already undertaken in Grimsby and will stock a full range of timber products and accessories.
Managing director Edward Bennett said “we have been looking to expand by opening a new branch in North Lincolnshire for some time. The site at Atherton Way in Brigg fits the bill completely. Brigg is a vibrant place, always busy and with lots of development on the way this is the obvious place to open and will enable us to provide greater coverage for the area. It will complement our main site in Grimsby very well “.
