Clark Weightman has successfully completed the sale of former restaurant premises with first floor offices extending to 3,416 sq ft in total and occupying a prominent position in Grimsby town centre.
The ground floor offices were sold with vacant possession whilst the first floor offices were tenanted.
The property had previously been included in an Eddisons sale at a guide price of offers over £110,000 but were sold after the Auction.
