Clark Weightman has successfully completed the sale of the Would Industrial Estate situated on Ladysmith Road and Granville Street in Grimsby.
The property comprised a freehold trade counter/industrial investment with part-vacant office building situated in a corner position on one of the town`s main arterial roads.
Tenants included Crown Paints.
The property was producing an annual rental income of £107,260 and had been offered for sale at a guide price of £850,000.
