Clark Weightman has successfully completed the letting of a first floor office suite within the Old Congregational Chapel on Wrawby Street in Brigg.
The office suite extends to 952 sq ft and comprises a mixture of open plan work area and a series of individual private offices. The offices have previously been offered to let a rent of £6,500 per annum.
There is one remaining suite of offices within the building, situated at the front of the building on the first floor and extending to 1,290 sq ft. These offices are available at a rent of £8,000 per annum.
