At Clark Weightman we provide comprehensive advice covering the whole spectrum of commercial and investment property and commercial and residential development land.

Our four Directors each specialise in a different sector. We have found that by working as a team we can provide clients with the best possible results.

We are a member of Property Agents International and Hull and Humber Chamber of Commerce Industry and Shipping. We are also on the valuation panels for the majority of the high street's clearing banks. We maintain close contact with a key building surveying and engineering practice and a Town Planning Consultancy. We are always happy to work with clients own advisers in these fields.

Our Hessle based business has a strong client base comprising private and corporate companies. Long-standing clients include 11 NHS Trusts, two regional universities and a variety of public limited companies and major landowners. Local housing associations and leading residential investment companies also employ our services.

Past work has included the valuation of five major UK ports and advice on properties in nine other ports. We have also provided consultation for a number of smaller ports and wharves on the rivers Humber and Trent.

In addition, advice regarding plant and machinery is available. We have links with a firm that specialises in the valuation and disposal of chattel assets. As a result, we have gained important industry knowledge and experience that can be passed on to our clients.

We usually work directly with clients. However, if preferred our team can liaise with clients' own advisors in these and other specialist areas.
