Valuations

As experts within the specialist area of valuations of primary care premises,  we now cover a wide geographical area. 

For former residential properties that have been converted into surgery premises the valuation will take into consideration both the existing and alternative use value of the property.

For purpose-built surgery premises, a regional analysis will need to be undertaken. A significant amount of evidence exists from the actual sales of GP premises to regional and national healthcare developers and investors.  These will be relevant to the assessment of value.
