Andrew Clark, Paul Gleeson and Simon Weightman have in depth experience of advising clients in this area. Simon Weightman was one of the team responsible for negotiating compensation in respect of the Channel Tunnel. Andrew Clark has advised a variety of corporate and private clients affected by compulsory purchase. Paul was involved in cases on the A1033 Hedon Road Improvement Scheme in Hull.

Other local schemes where we have acted on behalf of clients, include the development of the KC Stadium in Hull and the Peakes Parkway in Grimsby. Our team has provided advice to owners of property affected by major town centre redevelopment schemes and the regeneration of local residential area in Hull.
