Clark Weightman is a company of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the provision of advice relating to property valuations, developments, planning and estate management.

We have considerable experience acting for a wide variety of GP practices, developers and NHS Trusts on development schemes within the primary care sector. As experts in this field, we can advise on a range of specific issues relating to both practice and developer-led schemes. This ensures the delivery of a high quality surgery building suitable and flexible for future practice purposes.

Two of our Directors have gained experience working within the District Valuers Office. They now specialise in negotiating and optimising notional rent assessments for GP practices and third party developers. We have a comprehensive understanding of the NHS estate code and ensure that best value is achieved when working on behalf of NHS Trust clients.
