Clark Weightman Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants were established in 1999. The business is owned and operated by four commercial property specialists with a diverse skills base.

The aim of our Directors was to establish a business that would cover the whole of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire from one office. Since inception we have developed a nationwide portfolio of clients.
