We are experienced in working with clients in respect of planning applications and development advice. Whether it be initial discussions with the Local Planning Authority prior to submission of a planning application or more complex appraisals looking at the viability of a large development project including likely demand for the proposed scheme.
Where necessary we will liaise with the clients existing planning and design team or bring in our own external Chartered Town Planning Consultants to provide best advice to the client.
