	Andrew Clark BSc FRICS MCIArb Director Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and Director of Clark Weightman. He advises a wide variety of PLC and corporate clients throughout Lincolnshire, East Yorkshire and nationwide. He has particular experience in landlord and tenant areas, asset valuations and development land. Andrew is married with three children. He enjoys any sport but particularly sailing and walking. His favourite holiday destination is the French or Swiss Alps and his desert island cd would be Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. He is chairman of the St John Ambulance Council for Lincolnshire.

	Simon Weightman BSc MRICS IRRV Director Simon is a general practice Commercial Chartered Surveyor and Director of Clark Weightman. He specialises in bank valuations, healthcare properties and business rates. Simon advises a wide range of commercial companies, healthcare partnerships and NHS Trusts throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and other regions. He is married with one daughter. In his spare time he enjoys playing hockey and owns a tandem cycle. He is a James Bond fan and loves eating his Indian curries nice and hot.

	Carl Bradley BSc (Hons) Director Carl is a Commercial Property Surveyor and Director of Clark Weightman. He specialises in commercial agency work providing disposal strategies. Carl works with a number of local, regional and national clients in respect of the sale and letting of industrial, office and retail properties. He also advises on the sale of investment properties, industrial and residential development land. Carl is married with one daughter. He is a member, and past Chairman, of Yarborough Round Table. Carl is a football and motor racing fan and his dream dinner guests include Jeremy Clarkson and Eric Cantona.

	Paul Gleeson BA (Hons) MRICS IRRV Director Paul is a Chartered Surveyor and Director of Clark Weightman. He specialises in business rates, compulsory purchase and compensation, valuations for asset purposes and general valuation work. Paul is married with four children. He enjoys cycling and is currently learning to fly. He also holds an honours degree in Philosophy.

	Helen Weightman BSc (Hons) MRICS Associate Director Helen is a Chartered Surveyor and Associate Director. She currently specialises in the commercial management of property portfolios in North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire. Helen previously gained ten years experience working for Kingston upon Hull City Council. She is married with one daughter. Her favourite film is Black Beauty and she has been spotted on the back of a tandem cycle. Helen’s favourite sandwich is tuna mayonnaise.

	Michael Hildyard MSC Dip TP MRTPI Planning Consultant Michael is a Chartered Town Planner based in the East Riding. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sector across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Michael is married with three children. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, playing squash and golf. He is also a member of his local Parish Council, an executive of Beverley Civic Society and a member of Beverley Renaissance Partnership.

	Debbie Jenkinson Secretarial & Marketing Support Debbie provides secretarial and marketing support for Clark Weightman. She has three children and in her spare time she enjoys going to the gym.

	Karen Harness Secretarial and Marketing Support Karen provides secretarial support for Clark Weightman. She has two sons and enjoys ski-ing in Austria.
