Acting on behalf of private investment clients we have acquired Westside Business Park on Estate Road Number 2 of the South Humberside Industrial Estate, Grimsby.

The estate comprises 15 modern purpose built showroom/trade counter and office buildings producing a rent of £177,200 per annum.  Occupiers include Viking Hardware, Chris Gunster Motorbike Specialists, Sylvester Keal and Supreme Bathrooms.
