The landlords of the Birchin Way Industrial Estate have now announced that they are looking to let the vacant units on easy in easy out terms. There has also been a rent reduction in respect of Units 2-3.
Units 2-3 are now available at a rent of £11,000 per annum and Unit 4 is available at £6,500 per annum.
