We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as joint consultants with lead partners, Gillespies, who are master planners and urban designers and economic development consultants, GENECON, to provide strategic advice to lead clients, Shoreline Housing Partnership Ltd and their partners North East Lincolnshire Council and the Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby.
The study is to propose meaningful and sustainable long term uses for the Freeman Street area reflecting the North East Lincolnshire economy, the local planning framework and the land use pattern of central Grimsby.
