CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Published on Tuesday, 23 March 2021

In the current Coronavirus environment, we would like to assure our clients that we are continuing to run our business and we are providing a full surveying, agency and management service, while maintaining the safety of our team and clients.

Our office is open and manned and will continue to be so for the time-being following Government guidelines on hygiene and isolation. Systems are already in place for home working with team members working remotely where appropriate.

We will continue to carry out inspections of buildings for valuation and other purposes, provided occupiers are willing to allow this and we can assure ourselves nobody in the building or on site have either been abroad, been in contact with people that have been abroad or have Coronavirus symptoms.

If necessary, we would prefer to inspect an empty building.

While we can consider meetings in the offices, conference calls will be preferable and are a sensible option.

Telephone calls can be answered remotely or diverted to surveyors and mobile phones if necessary.

We have the ability and facilities to enable all team members to work from home as and when required. This includes remote access to our banking arrangements to enable landlords’ rents to be collected and paid over to them in a timely manner.

We aim to continue our service to clients to the highest of standards throughout what is clearly going to be a challenging period.

We will continue to monitor the Government advice and guidance and put in place further appropriate measures if / when the need arises.
