The clocks have changed and winter is rapidly approaching. Now is a good time to remind all property owners to keep their properties safe with the colder weather approaching. If a building is unoccupied we advise that it is either drained down or that background heat is maintained at the property to prevent any pipe freezes.
Individual insurers may have their own requirements and we advise clients to check with their insurers about any specific preventative measures which need to be put in place. We would be happy to discuss what to do if you have an empty property and can arrange for our contractors to deal with work if required.
