Clark Weightman has been instructed to let bulk and general storage warehousing on the North Killingholme Industrial Estate.
The available warehouses range in size from 45,000 sq ft up to 100,000 sq ft and are bonded/Customs approved and benefit from EPa consent.
Use of weighbridge and office space is also available.
The landlord is also willing to enter into a handling contract for an occupier, subject to suitable terms being agreed.

This is a strategic location close to the A180 providing links to the ports at Immingham and Killingholme and access to the M180 and the national motorway network.
