Clark Weightman has successfully completed the letting of Unit 1, Swinegate in Hessle. The deal will bring a new national name to Hessle with the long awaited arrival of Domino’s pizzas to the town.
The letting follows on the heels of the new restaurant opening on Swinegate late last year and currently leaves one smaller retail unit in this prominent block which has stood empty for some time following the current owner’s decision to refurbish the property and sub-divide it into smaller units rather than the previous restaurant/bar that had traded there.
Carl Bradley who handled the letting said:
“I am naturally delighted to have got this deal over the line and I am sure many people are looking forward to the new Domino’s opening. We are naturally keen to introduce a new tenant into the remaining unit, which comprises a 361 sq ft retail unit which is being offered to let at a rent of £120 per week exclusive.”
