We are delighted to announce that Emma Bennett has joined the team at Clark Weightman.
Emma is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. She specialises in professional work relating to commercial premises throughout Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire. This includes providing valuations for secured lending and other purposes and advising on rent reviews, lease renewals and other landlord and tenant matters. Married with 3 children, her spare time is best spent outdoors, often walking dogs or playing tennis.
