We were delighted to attend the Property Agents Independent (PAI) Autumn Conference and Drinks Party at London’s prestigious Royal Automobile Club on Wednesday 13 November. PAI is a network of 29 surveying practices across the UK combining over 500 surveyors across 54 offices with over 3,000 commercial properties currently on the market. Clark Weightman are the member firm covering East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire. The morning started with a networking session followed by presentations on Digital Marketing, Business Rates, Capital Allowances and a valuation update. Following lunch there was a presentation by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. In the evening we entertained guests with over 300 people attending the drinks party.
Carl Bradley is a Director of PAI and Emma Bennett is the Valuation sector lead. PAI aims to provide a platform to promote client properties to a UK wide audience, to enable to member firms to service instructions on a UK wide basis and to share in specialist sector knowledge relating to all commercial property issues.
