We have acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in property disputes and also receive appointments from the Courts as joint single experts in a variety of different cases.
We comply with the RICS Practice Statement Surveyors Acting as Expert Witnesses and Part 36 of the Civil Procedure Rules when we are providing evidence which will be relied upon in Civil Proceedings. Our experience extends to both written reporting to providing evidence under oath in Court.
