Hessle based Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants, Clark Weightman, has successfully completed the letting of just over 6,000 sq ft of space to Screwfix Direct at Atherton Way in Brigg. Founded in 1979, Screwfix is the UK’s largest multi-channel retailer of trade, tools and accessories and hardware products. Screwfix employs over 7,000 people across the UK and the new Brigg premises will add to its multi branch network.
The new premises are at 9 Atherton Way in Brigg and provide modern industrial/trade counter space close to other trade related occupiers including Howden’s and Bennett’s Timber. Clark Weightman Director Carl Bradley handled the letting. Carl said “we are delighted to welcome Screwfix to Brigg and see this new store for them as a natural part of their ongoing expansion. Other opportunities exist for occupiers at Atherton Way as we have units of approximately 3,800 sq ft available suitable for industrial, warehouse or trade counter purposes with rents of £15,000 per annum”.
