Clark Weightman is pleased to announce that Castle Press on Victoria Street in Grimsby has been sold.
Having been marketed by private treaty the decision was made during the summer to offer the property for sale by public auction and was included in Eddisons sale in Leeds on the 22nd October.
Castle Press is a landmark listed building on the entrance to Grimsby comprising a mix of warehouse, factory and office space and extending in total to approximately 30,000 sq ft standing in a site of 0.9 acres.
The property has been bought by a local company although their intentions for the building are not known at present.
The property achieved a sale price of £200,000.
