As England enters the second period of lockdown to combat the spread of coronavirus on Thursday 5 November we want to assure all of our clients and professional contacts that the Clark Weightman team remains available to assist and work with you during this challenging time. The health and wellbeing of our colleagues and clients is of paramount importance to us and we are confident that our offices provide a Covid Secure environment.
We will be operating with a mix of essential office working and home working and expect that business will continue with minimum disruption, whilst having proper regard to the new restrictions. Preferred means of communication will be by telephone, email and video conferencing. Property inspections will continue where it is safe and practical to do so.
Please only visit our office if absolutely necessary eg to collect or drop off keys. Payments can be made by BACS or over the phone by card. If you do need to visit the office please ring in advance to confirm your arrival time and the purpose of your visit. If it is to collect something we will have it ready for you. We may be able to help without you needing to come in.
If you are wanting to arrange a viewing or we need to inspect your property we will run through a short Covid Questionnaire with you. For viewings we ask that only people from one household attend, preferably only one person attending, and that you respect social distancing throughout and sanitise both before and after entering the property. You are welcome to take plenty of photographs and video footage to assist your decision making.
