Clark Weightman has been instructed to let a new build retail/trade counter/auto centre unit at Gateway Park in Grimsby.
Gateway Park is situated just off Birchin Way which is a strategic location adjacent to the A180 motorway link road and 1.8 miles from Grimsby town centre.
Existing occupiers at Gateway Park include McDonalds and KFC.
The unit is adjacent to a proposed Wickes DIY store.
The unit itself will extend to approximately 4,000 sq ft with associated car parking.
