Clark Weightman has successfully completed the letting of a suite of ground floor offices situated as part of a larger multi-occupied office building on Lancaster Approach on the North Killingholme Industrial Estate.
The offices provided a mixture of open plan work areas and individual offices and benefited from ample on-site car parking. Lancaster Approach is a convenient location being close to the Humber ports and the A180 motorway link road. The offices extended to 1,499 sq ft and had been offered to let at £13,000 per annum.
