Clark Weightman has successfully completed the sale of Unit 2, The Maltings on Sylvester Street in Hull.
Acting on behalf of mortgagees in possession the sold property provided approximately 836 sq m of space (9,000 sq ft) over three floors. The property had planning permission for a 36 bed pod hotel but was suitable for other commercial uses (stp).
The property had originally been offered for sale at a guide price of £395,000.
