Clark Weightman team members Carl Bradley and Emma Bennett attended the Property Agents Independent (PAI) Autumn conference at London’s prestigious Royal Automobile Club last week (10th November). The conference was well attended with 60 delegates representing the member firms. Business Development opportunities were discussed between the member firms before a presentation by Sir Michael Fallon “Property and Levelling Up – the political challenge” which prompted some lively debate.
PAI comprises 32 commercial surveying practices and is the UK’s largest connected network covering the whole of the UK with over 500 surveyors and 54 offices. We are the PAI member for East Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire and through our membership of PAI we have been actively involved in a number of high profile investment and development transactions and also provide valuation advice to Curtis Banks as part of a national valuation mandate. PAI is uniquely placed to national coverage with good quality regional market knowledge. Collectively we are marketing over 3,000 commercial and investment properties at any one time which rivals any of the national agencies.
Simon Weightman joined up with Carl and Emma in the evening for the annual drinks reception and networking event which was well attended by the member firms and key figures from the UK property industry.
Carl is a PAI Board member and Emma sits on the Valuation Working Group.
