Clark Weightman has successfully completed the sale of the former Coal Yard situated to the rear of Ville Road in Scunthorpe.
The Coal Yard occupied a prominent position close to the junction with Grange Lane North and Ashby High Street and extended in total to 1,810 sq m (0.45 acres).
The property was freehold and had been offered for sale at a guide price of £125,000. After best and final offers were invited the property was sold for a figure in excess of the guide price.
