For the last few months we have been using What 3 Words on our marketing particulars. It has prompted one or two people to ask why we include three random words. To use the marketing speak “It’s the simplest way to talk about location”. In short every 3 meter square of the world has been given a unique combination of three words. The main users are for e-commerce and deliveries, navigation and emergencies. Sometimes properties we are dealing with can be in hard to find locations so by adopting What 3 Words we are aiming to get you to the front door of a property we are selling or letting as easily as possible.
