Clark Weightman has been instructed to let a yard extending to approximately 0.73 acres situated on the Island Carr Industrial Estate at Brigg to the rear of Earnshaws Timber Yard.
The yard would be suitable for open storage, lorry parking, haulage yard or sales pitch (subject to any necessary planning consent).
Island Carr Industrial Estate is a popular industrial estate on the edge of the town centre.
The rent is £9,500 per annum with the length of lease by negotiation.
