Our RICS Registered Valuers undertake valuations for a variety of purposes including loan security, balance sheet, taxation and share transfers. All valuations are prepared in accordance with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual requirements.
As well as traditional market value and comparable methods of valuation we are skilled in providing appraisals on a Depreciated Replacement Cost basis where this is the appropriate method of valuation.
We are approved panel valuers for the majority of the High Street Banks and have worked for a variety of lenders over recent years. We are also happy to work with clients and provide initial desk top appraisals to help with their business planning before formal valuations are required.
We are also experienced in providing Building Cost Reinstatement Valuations for Insurance Purposes and have provided valuations for clients ranging from small shops through to hospitals and colleges.
